This home is set up for people who want to enjoy a vibrant coastal community. Walk to downtown Oceanside for shopping and dining, or grab beach towels to head to white sandy beaches and year-round surf.
The home is unique for a few reasons, the most significant reason is the floor plan and the space it provides for working from home or enjoying a communal dinner in the kitchen/living/dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas stove and two deep sinks, perfect for hosting an intimate dinner party.
There’s a slight ocean view from the top floor window on a blue sky day and a gas barbecue that can be used outside.
On the second floor, a living room with a large flat-screen TV, wifi, and a small patio. There is space in the living room for an inflatable full-size mattress (sleeps 2) in the cabinet under the printer.
