Nice place- newly renovated. Surrounding neighbors are bit junky. Easy access to the area and St Pete. Overall good place.
2 suggestions- some shelving in the shower itself would be nice. Few lounge chairs out back would also be nice.

The house was clean and looked new. It met our expectations. Just of few minor issues. The beds seemed like they had plastic covers (for kids) on them and they squeaked badly if a person moved around in them.

The house was not as clean as it should have been, when we took our shoes off our socks turned black from the dirt on the floor. There was no access to any cleaning supplies or extra trash bags so I bought a mop and cleaned the floors. The floors are uneven and dip in odd places. There was not a rug in the bathroom so we had to use a towel so we didnt slip on the floor. There was also no hand soap in the bathrooms.
The beds have a plastic matress protector on them (like the ones used for toddler beds) so they crinkle every time you move and make it super hot while sleeping.
When I reached out to the host it took a long time to get any sort of response and even when I did it wasn't helpful.
