11 Virginia Rail is a beautifully decorated, reverse living home, one that will make your Sunriver vacation special. Including a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, a gas fireplace, and outdoor seating.
Plus, this home includes air conditioning, two living spaces, a formal living room and a family room, two master suites with king beds. There is a spot for everyone in the family!
Outside there is a gorgeous upper-level deck, newly painted, and remolded in 2022, complete with retractable awnings and lots of seating will make for a shady respite and great relaxation.
With a filtered view of the Big Deschutes River and bike path located just behind the home, your destination to all things fun is close at hand. The upper level boasts a large, formal living room, kitchen, and luxurious master suite with king bed and access to the upper-level deck.
On the ground floor is the family room with large screen TV, the second master suite with a king bed, and third bedroom with pyramid bunk bed w/trundle plus a small sleeping area with a twin. Beautiful property. The house is very clean and roomy. Peaceful private back yard. The layout was fantastic. Our older teens were able to enjoy the downstairs area which was like having their own apartment with restrooms and a living room. We received constant communication from the resort. We loved being able to access the Cove and use the shuttle to get around. There were also items that were provided that helped such as shower kits and laundry soap. The garage also has a ping pong table and small pool table that were a lot of fun, a little farther from the village but that did not bother us one bit. Looking forward to another visit in the near future.

This house was fantastic for our weekend getaway to Sunriver with our dogs. It was super clean, the check-in was simple, and I loved the little touches like the small bag of goodies for my dogs they left. The Sunriver Resort was easy to communicate with, and even accommodating a late check-out for us. The house is in a great location: 8-minute drive from the SR village, and right on the walking path along the Deschutes which was great for walking our dogs! We would definitely stay here again and it comes recommended to anyone else looking for a place in SR, whether you have dogs or not!

We usually stay with family close by in Bend, OR but decided to rent a house and stay with friends who were visiting. Very spacious pet friendly house. Located on the south end of Sunriver resort but right off the river with direct access to the river trail. Bikes provided are not in great condition but functional. We had a great time riding bikes to the main resort area to grab drinks. Enjoyed the sunsets and river views. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider renting in the future if we have friends visiting.
