About this apartment rental

Quiet setting with amazing view and location. Well equipped. 12th hole of the Links golfcourse at the Biltmore resort. Convenient to hiking and biking at Piestawa Peak, Spring Training Giants, Diamondbacks, Rockies, Scottsdale, the airport, downtown, the 51, Biltmore Fashion Park, Fine Dining.

Enjoyed all the snacks. Couldn’t figure out tv and never found instructions. Kitchen could have been cleaner

Our family has stayed in many vacation rentals, and Brian's townhome is the best so far! The kitchen is generously stocked with cook and service ware, and even basics were provided like salt, pepper and snacks! We loved the master bedroom mattress, not saggy and soft like so many, and the whole unit felt like home. The community heated pool is a short walk and the perfect temp. for a February swim. The Phoenix Mountains Preserve is a short drive and has a lot of trails that are family friendly, or a challenge if you want to go to the top of Piestewa Peak! The Biltmore area is a great part of town and we felt safe walking the cart path and neighborhoods, even after dark. We will definitely look for availablity here first the next time we come to Phoenix!
