It was a great place to stay. Everything was perfect. The host Paula was very accommodating and respondsons were quick. The resturant The Collins was out standing with incredible food and drink Short walk,about 300 feet once you walked to 32nd street. Always friendly staffBeds were comfortable and my friend of 53 years we were very happy with everything. I recommend this condo 100%. Hopefully my next visit I will be able to stay there again.Peggy Kolodziej

This condo was perfect for our fall break while visiting our daughter at GCU. Location is very convenient and the condo was exceptionally clean and tidy. Check in was a breeze. Paula was an attentive host. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Phoenix.

We are repeat renters & have been pleased with this property & amenities in the past. Unfortunately, our last stay was inconvenienced (at 3 separate times) by a water main break. Although this was not the fault of the owner we were forced to shower & etc. elsewhere. The owner did offer use of another property but it was too late. We have asked for an adjustment of one night’s rent but have had no response. Therefore, we cannot give this property a higher rating.
