Located within a mile of downtown and the Eddy Street Commons, and just a little further to campus, this house is in a perfect location to enjoy everything South Bend has to offer without having to deal with the hassle of game day traffic.
With two bedrooms and three beds, there is plenty of room for four people to stay. Recently renovated, the living room is very open with lots of natural light, making it a great place to relax before or after the game.
