Was disappointed with the conditions overall. Two air mattresses that did not stay inflated, dishwasher did not operate, there was a hole in the wall in the basement. The water pressure and temp for showers fluctuated even when only one person was showering. Upstairs was extremely hot, even with AC set as low as it could go. Bugs inside, on window sills and in the basement and drawers in the basement.

Everything was great, spacious, and located within 30 minutes of what we wanted to do. Just a few minor things, shower downstairs didnt regulate temperature( either off or hot), hot tub took awhile to figure out how to operate, cooking pans were dirty, tried starting the dishwasher and it didnt work. Our family was there for a weekend visit for our daughter's graduation. The place was very clean and within driving distance of all of our weekend activities. The one thing I would recommend is to provide toiletries (soap) for guests.

We actually never stayed at the property because we were not given the code to get in. We had called the owner around noon that day and contacted VRBO who messaged the owner. Ended up staying at a hotel.

This place was perfect for us. My 2 teenagers and myself had our own space and showers. Short drive to downtown and anywhere we needed to go. The hot tub was a perfect touch. The fire pit looked amazing but we didn’t get a chance to use it. I highly recommend to stay here.

We were in town for a family wedding. The location was close to the venue (Morris Center for Performing Arts and Palais Royale) The property is much bigger inside than the cover photo shows. There was plenty of room for all of us to have privacy and the teens had their own bathrooms which avoided any drama related to turf wars, haha. The home has a soothing color palette and modern decor and updates. The fire pit in the backyard was a nice feature (pro tip: bring some wood with you if you are driving) We were able to find firewood at a local gas station. The hot tub was clean and hot. Neighbors on both sides were nice and we felt safe. The house and driveway are on a bit of a hill and the street is fairly busy, so just be mindful of that if you have smaller children. The master suite is set up perfectly if you have a baby. There was a pack-and-play and a rocking chair. The kitchen had a high chair and baby gate, as well. The washer and dryer looked fine, although we didn't use them. We are a hockey family and always seem to end up at Notre Dame. We will definitely keep this property in mind for upcoming trips. Eric was a great communicator and the check-in and check-out processes were easy. We really appreciated not having a long to-do list prior to checking out. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved the hot tub and the indoor space was perfect for our extended family to stop in and visit. We had 6 adults and 4 kids ranging from 3 - 16 and everyone had a great time. It was fun to relax over breakfast and then have a place to unwind at night. The location was perfect for the wedding venue. ND is close too!

Really interesting house with more rooms than I thought was possible. And yes, it really does sleep 12! Kid friendly, pet friendly, 5 sleeping areas in addition to a living room that can allow an additional sleeping space. Infant bed is provided as well as pet bowls. 3½ bathrooms, hot tub, and a room with windows all around for a special morning experience. The host was always available and extremely helpful. I'll stay here again, or look for another property from the same host.
