This condo sits right next to the convention center parking lot and is only a short walk to the convention center, beach, and boardwalk. This is a 1 bedroom-1 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor with cozy living room and a full kitchen.
-Living room has a pull-out couch, recliner chair, large Roku Tv, and new quartz breakfast bar that's perfect for enjoying your meals.
-Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates, utensils, coffee mugs, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric range, and oven.
-Bathroom has a full-sized tub and plenty of storage.
-Bedroom has a 1 queen bed and 2 full bunkbeds.
-A/C and Heat with easy Nest electronic thermostat
-Free Wifi
**Bed Linens and Towels are included.

You will receive an access code to enter the condo upon arrival. You will be able to the access the entire condo except the owner's closet. There is a separate closet and a set of drawers which you will have access to for storage of any personal items you may have. You also have access to:

-Tables and chairs on the sundeck (Available May-October)
-Outside shower
-Storage shed with beach chairs
* Must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and reservation holder must be present at the time of check-in and the duration of stay. In order to complete reservation, guests making the reservation may need to present a photo ID with birthdate visible. The reservation holder may also need to present photo ID upon check-in.

Cute little property. We were there for a family reunion. Absolutely no complaints with property, easy and quick commu ication with hosts, easy check in/out. Bonus having a parking spot! We were very pleased with our choice.

It was a very cozy and well maintained condo. The location is perfect, it is a block from the beach! The owner was very quick to respond and very clear in his directions.
