Great location near WW Convention center on the quiet end of the boardwalk toward the WW Crest. Short walk (6-8 mins) to the amusement piers, rides and boardwalk shops, dining, mini-golf and more.
Sleeps 6 in beds (there is also a full size air mattress and a fold out sofa single sleeper). King Master bedroom with TV and private full bath. 2 bedrooms with two twin beds in each & TVs. Full 2nd bathroom. High speed internet for streaming your services (Roku TV). No local cable.
No pets, parties, groups under age 25, NO PROM, SENIOR WEEK, etc. Off-street driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Possibly a third (message host). Loaded with amenities! Bring your own sheets, bath/beach towels or use the items available in the unit.
Travel Crib/Pack n' play included. BBQ gas grill and private storage shed with 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, boogie boards and some beach toys. Kitchen has full sized appliances. Keurig coffee maker [and Mr. Coffee under counter]. Central AC/heat. Ceiling fans in each bedroom.

This property would get 10 stars if I could. It’s very clean and the stay was very comfortable after a day at the beach. It’s close to everything. The host is so great with communication and responding. The property was also very well stocked with almost anything you would need. Highly recommended!

This rental is very clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. The location is awesome because it's in walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and good restaurants such as the Marvis Diner and Uncle Bill’s Pancake House. We enjoyed walking to the Key West Café every morning to get coffee. There is also a Keurig Coffee maker in the rental if you choose to make your own. The place is quiet at night, and the air conditioner works great in hot weather. The host is friendly and responds quickly to text messages. The balcony is very nice and if you happen to be out there at noon and 6 pm you will be able to hear the local church bells. My husband and I thought this was very cool! We were also able to watch the sunset, and we were also able to see a drone show from Wildwood Crest while out on the balcony as well! We would certainly stay here again!

This place did not fully reflect the reviews from booking filters, however, still thankful we were Blessed w/a positive vacation full of memories. Positives: quick communications & Cheryl is exceptionally friendly; nice central location; quality long-term neighbors underneath us; some useful things handy w/i place; overall clean; hot water keeps up well for multiple showers; shark theme cute for kid’s room; ac works well keeping up once @ temp desired even located 3rd floor; very much appreciate the blackout curtains in master (it got bright by 5am, wow whee )(suggestions made privately to owner in respect for her ownership) Awareness to future renters: Larger things need addressed have permanent fixing vs patchworkA lot of things fill the rental area, which aren’t useful/needed so takes up spaceMany notes throughout rental & communications outside of VRBO happened, uninitiated by us Overall, an average stay. Over a decade, been to many various rentals in WW, Ocean City, & FL, just haven’t experienced one like this not reflecting the ratings it’s received. We know Cheryl has positive potential to improve this location by listening to her renters & applying her spending in key areas. We wish her the best in her endeavors and future, as well as future folks who want to make memories pleasant for what they desire.
