A modern, updated cabin one mile from the Village and less than a mile from the lake, marina, and Alpine Slide. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps up to 6. Fire pit in the front yard, AC for summer, heating for winter, and one of the best locations in Big Bear — close enough to walk to everything, quiet enough to actually relax.

Completely updated. Large new sleeper sofa, multiple chairs, ceiling fan, large Smart TV, and a mini-split system that delivers AC in summer and heat in winter. Decorative wood stove adds character to the room — it's not functional, but it looks great.
Kitchen (Open to Living Room)
Open-concept with barstool seating at the counter. Full-size fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Everything you need to cook real meals — or just make coffee and head to the Village for breakfast. Your call.
Master Bedroom
Private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Privacy sliding door. Your own space, separate from the rest of the cabin.
Kids Room / Second Bedroom
Bunk bed (twin/twin) plus a full-size bed — sleeps up to 3. Dedicated mini-split with its own AC and heat controls. Kids stay comfortable no matter the season.

Dual sinks, walk-in shower, privacy sliding door.
