Step into a bright, open family space designed for comfort and connection. The living room is perfect for movie nights or game time, featuring a Smart TV and a collection of board games for all ages. Each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV, so everyone can unwind their way after a fun-filled day. Enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet afternoon read on the peaceful patio out back, or relax out front in the shaded sitting area. Just a short walk from the community pool, lazy river, and other resort amenities, the location couldn’t be more convenient. You’ll also have private parking for two cars, making your stay even easier.

Roomy accommodations! Kitchen well equipped, comfy beds! Check in and check out process was effortless! Our townhome is a short 4-minute walk to the pool, lazy river, water slide, poolside cafe, and hot tubs.
The resort is located next to the Publix Supermarket and a short drive up Hwy 27 to the superstore Walmart. We have a popular onsite restaurant/pub called Frankie Farrells, as well as an ice cream parlor and gift shop. The gift shop sells very affordable inflatable tubes for the lazy river.
Two parking spaces are available for FREE, directly in front of our home. Parking passes are issued when you check-in.
