A bright and airy top floor condo with three bedrooms situated as a rare corner unit with wrap around balcony and double height living area. Recently painted and updated throughout with all new contemporary furniture, plus enlarger shower in the master bathroom. Located within Bella Piazza, offering resort amenities and walking distance to supermarket / selection of restaurants, and a short drive to the major attractions.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family, plus features stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The wood dining table and chairs seats 6 to enjoy a meal together.
The living area opens up to a double height space, brining plenty of light into this elegant room. There are comfortable sofas to relax and large screen TV with cable services. As well as some extra chairs, there is a desk if you need to catch up on work. The space leads out to the balcony that wraps around the exterior of the dual aspect condo.
The first master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and light, fresh design. The room has a walk-in closet plus connected ensuite bathroom offering double sinks, separate shower and bath. The shower has been upgraded in 2026 offering an enlarged area.
The second master bedroom also features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom is perfect for the children with a full-size bunk bed and small sofa to have their own space. All of the bedrooms and TVs as well as ceiling fans.
Towels and linens provided together with washer and dryer. High speed internet included.
Bella Piazza has two resort pools, including a children’s splash pool at the main clubhouse. There is also a BBQ grilling area, available for guests to use. In the clubhouse, there is a business center with computers and printers, fitness center and games room. Publix Supermarket is within walking distance, as well as a medical walk-in clinic, located at the corner. Target and Wal-Mart are a 5-10 minute drive away. Located away from all the hustle and bustle, but still just a short drive to all of the theme parks, Bella Piazza Resort is a superb place to stay for the peaceful, relaxing vacation.
