The approximately 104 m² vacation rental in the vacation home—which you will occupy exclusively—has a total area of approximately 137 m² including the terrace and utility room. It is accessible via a private entrance from the large, enclosed courtyard parking lot in front of the house, which features a covered area for bicycles.
The spacious and well-equipped vacation apartment is ideal for both a relaxing vacation and a business trip and can accommodate up to 4 people, or even up to 5 with an extra bed.
The renovated vacation rental occupies an entire side of a duplex and is located just outside the town of Hardegsen—the “GATEWAY TO THE SOLLING”—heading north.
On the first floor, you’ll find the entrance with a hallway and the kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, sink, fridge-freezer, pots, dishes, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. In the kitchen, you’ll also find a broom closet stocked with cleaning supplies for preliminary cleaning.
From the kitchen, you have direct access to the living room with dining area and to the terrace. The living room is furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs, as well as a sofa, armchairs, a large TV, and a wood-burning stove. The bathroom, featuring a bathtub, shower, and toilet, is also located on the first floor.
The 20 m² sunny terrace is accessible directly from the living room and the kitchen; it features a patio table with chairs and a large umbrella.
You can barbecue right next to the terrace; a grill is provided.
In the basement, accessible directly from the hallway and the courtyard, there is an additional restroom and an utility room with a washing machine and ironing equipment available for free use.
On the upper floor of the vacation rental, there is a large open hallway with a pull-out bed. Leading off from there are 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bed. All beds measure 100 cm x 200 cm.
All large windows in the house and the large patio door are equipped with electric exterior roller shutters. All necessary rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
