This charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio apartment near the beach in Capbreton can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

- A 6 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Capbreton, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Water sports,
- Pump-track area
- Skateboarding
- Stadiums and cycle paths nearby
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bénesse-Maremne station (7 km)
- Nearest airport: Biarritz airport (38 km)

I had a wonderful stay in Hossegor. The listing is just as described. Extremely clean with everything that one would need for a long-term stay. The property is right by the ocean. The closed balcony was wonderful as you can sit outside and have breakfast when the sun rises even when if it rains. I felt very safe at the apartment and in the neighbourhood and was communicated many recommendations (e.g. restaurants, things to do, bike/car rental locations) by the host, which was really appreciated. The sofa bed was very comfortable and the blackout shade made for some very good sleeps. I don't think I could have found a more comfortable and well located apartment at this price in the area. Thank you very much for everything!
