Ideally located because it is close to the beaches (1.5 km) and Lake Hossegor, it also offers direct access to the port.
It also includes all the necessary comfort to fully enjoy your stay.
Located on the 1st floor, this 23m ^ 2 studio includes an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower / wc and a large 17m ^ 2 terrace overlooking the port.
Main room very bright.
Many activities on site:
-Various nautical activities,
-Walks around Lake Hossegor,
- Innumerable cycle paths, nearby Landes forest,
-Golf of Hossegor a few minutes away.
Close to all amenities.
Practical / additional info:
- Sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, bathroom linen and towels not provided.
-Tourist tax of 0.83 euros / pers / day to be paid.
-A deposit of 300 euros will be required.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et des conditions d hébergement.
La location face au port est très bien située, avec possibilité de se garer dans un parking public à proximité.
Le logement est pourvu de tous les conforts, avec une très belle terrasse vue sur le port.
Le logement etait très propre.
Et surtout remerciements à Martine, maman du proprio, qui assure un accueil chaleureux, donne des conseils judicieux, veille à l approvisionnement et à la propreté des lieux.
A recommander.

Martine la maman du propriétaire est des plus disponible, arrangeante, avenante et accueillante.
Très mauvaise communication avec mr deubel fils, qui s’inquiete Essentiellement du super host et non de la relation client ne maîtrisant pas bien les conditions de paiement.
Dommage!
L’appartement manque de rangement de fonctionnalité et le couchage s’avere Inconfortable considérant le canapé lit.
