OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:
-Please be courteous to our neighbors - no loud music, parties, or voices late at night (10pm-7am).

-This is our home and we love it. Guests will be asked to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement, and we ask that you please treat it as if it were your own.

-The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars. There is no street parking.

-Guests must follow safety guidelines (shared and posted) for usage of the hot tub and fire pit, and supervise all children at all times.

-Vehicle Power Requirements: To ensure guest safety and comfort, 4WD/AWD are required between the months of October-March.

-What are the roads like? The roads inside the Yonahlossee community are 100% paved (NO gravel!) and very well maintained. Due to its mountain location, however, some guests may find these and other roads in Boone steep, windy, and/or narrow. That said, after you have driven them a couple times we are *very* confident you’ll feel like a pro! Search online for *Getting to High Country Escape in Boone - Drive-up video* to get a sense of the approach - let us know if you have any questions!

**Potential for Snowy Conditions: Winter in Boone is the best! Please remember that without 4WD/AWD a heavy snow event could leave you stranded until public roads outside are cleared (the Yonahlossee community roads are typically plowed quickly). Travel insurance is recommended since no refunds can be given for guests unable to reach the house due to storms or underpowered vehicles.
