Featuring a private swimming pool and lying near the beach, this is a 4-bedroom villa in Pula. The villa is ideal for a family or a group of 8 persons who feel that life is better by the calm waters!
Pula is famous for its multitude of ancient Roman buildings and the beautiful sea. At 100 m, you have the supermarkets to buy groceries, and at 750 m, you have restaurants to try local cuisine. The seabeach with all the fun lies at 2 km. You can enjoy walking, sunbathing, swimming, and making sandcastles here. A visit to Medulin at 8 km is great for cultural exploration.
The villa has air-conditioned bedrooms and living room for a comfortable stay. After a swim, you can rinse yourself in the outdoor shower. Surround yourself with great friends, light music, authentic wine, and a good barbecue in the evenings. The roofed terrace if great to linger. Children will love playing in the fenced garden and on the trampoline. Parking is available.

Overall, we had a good experience at the villa, It was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring, The location was decent, not too far from Pula Arena and other attractions, Would recommend for families!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this villa! The private pool was the highlight for the kids, and we loved the spacious living areas, It was a short drive to the beach, and we enjoyed several local restaurants nearby, Definitely planning to return!
