Villa Arianna is a wonderful luxury villa with independent access, located in a fabulous location suspended between sky and sea, a few kilometers from Ragusa.
Recently built, the property is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden (800 sqm), rich in Mediterranean floral varieties and equipped with dining table, umbrella and barbecue, for pleasant outdoor meals.
The outdoor spaces are embellished by a veranda with panoramic infinity pool (7x10 m), illuminated at night and equipped with sun loungers and speakers for the wire. From here you can admire breathtaking landscapes and spectacular views over the valley and the stretch of coast from Marina di Ragusa to Cava d'Aliga.
At guests' disposal, moreover, a bowling alley and a tennis court/soccer field shared with the adjacent house, ideal for spending afternoons in company with fun and sport.

Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find a large and bright living area with direct access to the veranda and the pool, furnished in both minimalist and elegant style, with comfortable sofas (including a single sofa bed), designer furniture, plasma-screen satellite TV, fireplace and dining table for 8 people. The living room enjoys a wonderful view over the pool and the entire valley, thanks to its large glass wall.
