Large, cosy house "Ermita". In the district of Castellans, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden, 1'000 m2 wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (11 x 4 m, depth 160 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 750 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km pebble beach "Playa del Montañar" 3 km. Sports harbour 4 km, surf school 5 km, sailing school 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
