We offer for tourist rent an apartment with two bedrooms after renovation. The 56 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms (one of which has been converted into a dining area with a table and chairs), an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: new furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. The salon has air conditioning. Spanish television (TV with Smart-TV function), wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. Supermarkets “Mercadona” and “Consum” are 250 and 450 meters respectively, the Russian store “Kalinka” is 150 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bus station is about 300 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are just over 500 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
