We offer for tourist rent a two-bedroom apartment within walking distance of the sea and the popular city beach. The 50 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is a parking space in the underground garage. There is everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room has air conditioning, and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is summer furniture on the balcony. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The supermarkets «Mercadona» and «Consum» are 350 meters away, the Russian store «Kalinka» is about 250 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bus station is about 500 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are 600 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no pets!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros is charged for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
