1) Hassle-free in-person check-in: Our team will greet you and assist with your check-in.
2) Self check-in method available as we are using electronic locks for both the main entrance & apartments.
Kindly note that our check-ins take place between 15:00 to 19:30, out of this time frame extra fees apply:
* From 19:30 to 22:00, the price is £50
From 22:00 to 00:00, the price is £85
From 00:00 to 06:00, the price is £120
*We just provide 1 set of keys per each check-in.
*Age restriction:
The minimum age for the main Guest to check-in, is 23
Filling in the check- in form sent to you before your arrival, is required, along with a proof of ID picture.
Failing to provide a readable image of your ID or passport might affect your reservation and we will not be able to proceed further with your check-in.

Trip started a little bit rocky as there was no Wi-Fi for the first 24 hours and the electric door lock was a bit finicky. The management company was extremely and answering questions and dealing with these issues. They also cleaned the rug and the couch after my wife complained about it. Going forward, I would recommend that the management company includes more towels within the apartment.. Aside from that everything was in order and location was super convenient.

This is a modern apartment in a fantastic location just off Regent Street. Whilst I would stay here again, the property would benefit from some (inexpensive) improvements, such as a 21st century coffee machine, basic condiments, a functional kitchen, and a TV that you can watch without a rubber neck.
