Centara Avenue Residences 1 bedroom Pattaya Center near beach shopping mall

Buakhaoのsoi15にあるコンドミニアムです。去年に続き2回目の利用でした。 場所はセカンドロードとBuakhaoのちょうど中間あたり。どちらへ出るにも便利です。 セカンドロード側のショッピングモール「パタヤアベニュー」にはフードコートや屋台街、スーパーマーケットも入っています。 7-11もすぐ近くにあり生活するには便利な環境。 お部屋は変わらず綺麗に掃除されています。メンテナンス不足は感じますが概ね快適でした。

細かい事かも知れませんが、気になった事を書き留めておきます。 1. シャワールームとベッドルームの間の壁にガラスが埋め込まれているが、その隅に隙間があるようでシャワーの水が部屋側に漏れてくる 2. ベランダへ出るサッシのノブが片側だけ壊れている 3. シャワールームやキッチンの扉が歪んでいてきちんと閉まらない 4. セーフティボックスが2台あるが、1台は扉がロックされていて使えない。もう1台は固定されていないため意味がない 5. 部屋入口の扉に内側からチェーン等の補助ロックが無い（つまみはあるが回らない） 6. エアコンの効きは良いが、リモコンの反応が悪い 7. キッチンに埋め込まれている電子レンジが全く機能していない（テレビボードにあるもう1台の電子レンジは問題ない） 1の水漏れなどはこのまま放っておくと枠が腐って大変な事になると思うので、早めに修理した方がいい。 今後も使いたいと思うのでメンテナンスはしっかりお願いしたい。

Situated in the best possible location in Pattaya, close to Walking Street, Soi Buakhao, Tree Town, and the Night Bazaar. A very spacious studio apartment in need of some renovation, but with beautiful 55-inch TV,everything you need in perfect working order and which enjoys a good privacy. Cleaning available at a very fair price, for my needs once a week was sufficient.The outdoor space is huge, and the pool is fantastic. I personally had no problems with check-in; I received all the information ahead of time, and the door to my building was open. In any case, there is a customer service number where the owner is always available to resolve any issues. Overall, a very positive experience,In Pattaya it is not easy to find better value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

My advice is to fix the non-removable safe, as the other one is practically unusable, as anyone can pick it up and carry it away. I would also install a mosquito net and soundproof windows

Room and pool was great

There were clubs blasting music out until early morning. Thr shower was a.bit cold

Excellent central location, lovely pool though is in need of a little maintenance. Big TV is great & internet is fast.

Apartment needs updating, shower door drags & some tiles need replacing. Kettle needs changing as won’t auto off when boiling & utensils are lacking, obviously gone missing over the years. Bed not the greatest, one side is firm, other side is not, feels very worn needs changing & there’s no comfy sofa to watch TV, you have to sit on the bed.
