Great location
Not enough cutlery in the room and not enough sun beds by the pool

Location is the best in Pattaya as
There are 3 entry exits one you come out at LK METRO one comes out on Soi Buakhau and one on Soi 15 behind the Avenue 2 minute walk to 2nd road
Well the fridge wasn’t working so I had no fridge for 3 days until a brand new one was delivered. The flimsy bed broke as had been fixed before. Worse was the shower could not keep a regular temp you would get the temp you like 20 seconds later it would be scalding 20 seconds later cold.
