Praticamente tudo. Ótima localização. Condomínio maravilhoso, silencioso, ventilado. Área de lazer espetacular.
Única sugestão é em relação à cortina do quarto de casal q deixa um fresta e o sol entra cedo.

O apartamento é confortável, a piscina no prédio é boa
Aconteceu um imprevisto na última diária faltar energia só no nosso apartamento e o proprietário estava longe e não conseguiu resolver...tenho um criança pequena e tivemos que sair para outro local pois o calor estava insuportável Ainda não tive retorno de como vão me ressarcir na última diária que não foi usada
