Отличные апартаменты. Очень любезный хозяин. Заселение прошло быстро и дружелюбно. Все фото реальные. Очень чисто. Удобные кровати. Приятный интерьер. Просторные помещения. Удобная транспортная доступность - рядом трамвайная и автобусные остановки (прямо напротив двери). Небольшой супермаркет - за углом. Однозначно рекомендуем к проживанию.
Здесь уже писали про больницу напротив и звуки скорой помощи. Днем они сильно не мешают. Ночью беруши решают проблему.

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Schlafzimmer auf der Straßenseite etwas lauter.

Justo enfrente de la parada de tranvía y bus número 8 que te deja en plaza Venecia. Instalaciones muy cómodas ,(camas, aseo, cocina..) Ascensor en la finca y buena comunicación con su anfitrión.
Se oye mucho la carretera en las habitaciones que da a la vía principal. 6€ de tasa turística por persona y día me parece excesivo.
