Swietny wypoczynek poza sezonem
Największym atutem apartamentu jest jego lokalizacja. Przy wejściu na plażę. Bardzo blisko wypożyczalnia rowerów, trasy rowerowe i spacerowe tuż przy obiekcie. Pomino pierwszych chłodów (szczegolnie w nocy), w budynku nie było włączone ogrzewanie, sun & snow dostarczył awaryjnie grzejniki, w przypadku pytań technicznych natychmiast pojawiał się pan konserwator. Dzięki gospodarzowi mogliśmy skupić się wyłącznie na namorskicm wypoczynku i urokach Kołbrzegu. Polecam, a sama chętnie skorzystam w przyszłości jeszcze raz.

Pobyt w apartamencie był świetny. Wszystko zgodne z opisem – czysto, komfortowo i w pełni wyposażone. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży i centrum. Właściciel/obsługa sympatyczna i pomocna. Idealne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek w Kołobrzegu. Z przyjemnością wrócimy!

Glaube nicht daß wir diese Wohnung nochmal buchen.
Prinzipiell war es nicht schlecht. Es gibt aber einiges was erneuert oder wieder funktionieren sollte. Ich habe es selbst etwas repariert. Stöpsel zum Abwaschen fehlt Backofen nicht sauber wenig Zubehör in der Küche Batterien in der Fernbedienung, keine. WC Deckel lose , bei den Balkon Türen Schlüssel lose Glühbirne muss gewechselt werden, usw.
Wir haben öfter vor der Tür gestanden, weil der Türcode sehr fehlerhaft ist Desweiteren gibt es einiges was mal gemacht werden müsste. Kein Stöpsel für die Spüle,beim Abwasch. Nur das allerwenigsten in der Küche.Türschlösser total ausgeliefert,Habe ich dann einigermaßen selbst in Ordnung gebracht. Usw.

Es hat uns nicht so gut gefallen lag wohl aber auch am Wetter viel Regen und sehr stürmisch.
Die Lage war okay . Wir hatten keinen Türcode haben dann angerufen und ihn dann schnell telefonisch übermittelt bekommen
Die Matratzen sind in die Jahre gekommen könnte man auswechseln da sie nicht sauber sind. Eine Tasse war nicht sauber und der Balkon und die Balkonmöbel waren noch voll mit Tiercode also wurde auch nicht wirklich gereinigt .
