Obiekt ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, przy głównej ulicy a jednocześnie jest cicho. Lokalizacja na parterze w południowo zachodnim rogu budynku, w cieni drzew - mimo braku klimatyzacji przyjemnie chłodno nawet przy 27 stopniach na dworze. Mnóstwo sprzętów kuchennych ( toster, ekspres przelewowy, airfryer). Dobry kontakt z obsługą.
Apartament wciąż jest w bardzo dobrym stanie, ale w oczy rzucają się pojedyncze brakujące elementy: różne żarówki przy oświetleniu w sypialni, brakujący obraz na ścianie ( został tylko wkręt), brak jednego wałka na kanapie w salonie.

Apartament położony blisko morza ok.5 minut, wejscie dostosowane dla wózków -deski rozłożone prawie do samego morza. Mieszkanie z ogródkiem na parterze, w pełni wyposażone. Spokojna okolica dla rodzin z dziećmi. Właściciele bardzo pomocni, a zgłoszone problemy rozwiązane natychmiast.
