Clean, pretty, comfortable

Incredibly far walk. Around 40 mins from the Duomo. Transit is not the best in that area. Only stay if you are ok walking about 3 hours a day minimum

It was OK, I’d be more likely to stay here by myself, then with a traveling companion

The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed surprisingly well organized for a small space.

The bed is directly in front of the toilet and you can see through the glass door. The shower was very narrow, and there was some mold around the wooden floor. The first night they are the neighbors were loud until late and our entire stay. There was a dog barking on and off throughout the day and night.

It wasn’t very clean ie: the bins in the room were full and had mouldy food in one of them, very dusty and dirty toilet needs a good clean. The see through toilet door. Ac was rubbish.

Orribile!

Nulla. Appartamento sporco e maleodorante, con muffe anche nere! Privo di confort, pur minimi (lavabo otturato, scopino per water mancante di manico, aspiratore bagno non funzionante). Tende luride, biancheria da letto nell'armadio, sporca e cuscini aggiuntivi vecchi e consunti! Sedie rotte, divano sfondato e con rivestimento lurido. Zona letto in ambiente interrato, umido ed ammuffito, di fatto nn utilizzabile! Polvere e ragnatele su tende e lampadari. Cosa dovrei elencare di più! Esperienza inaspettata viste le foto di presentazione dell'alloggio sul sito di booking! Esperienza da non ripetersi, assolutamente!

Molto molto sporco, molta polvere che si poteva benissimo togliere con un dito, c’era un divano letto sfasciato gli uten

Si poteva arrivare al centro almeno con 40 minuti di camminata

Lo sporco la muffa la polvere utensili sporchi divano rotto letti uniti (si poteva prendere un materasso unico) le lenzuola piene di peli e capelli e il piumino da mettersi sopra nel letto sporco con una macchia gialla

Cuidado con la ubicación

Estaba en una calle muy silenciosa,así que se podía descansar bien por las noches respecto al ruido, instalación cómoda relativamente (si vas a pasar poco tiempo en ella)

Está bastante lejos del centro,entre 45 minutos y una hora andando a santa maría novella;para ir en transporte público había que coger un bus y un tranvía,los taxis 20€ cada recorrido,y a partir de las 21:30-22:00 de la noche no hay buses que lleguen hasta ahí. Realmente eso es lo que nos ha quitado mucho tiempo de nuestro viaje,la ubicación anunciada no era correcta en el anuncio.

Terribile, sconsiglio vivamente

La muffa ovunque: in bagno, sulle tende, le lenzuola sporche macchiate, l'incuria su tutto! il bagno minuscolo, cieco senza aerazione comunicante direttamente senza antibagno, lo sporco in generale, abbiamo trovato fazzoletti sporchi dentro quello che dovrebbero essere stati i mobili che sono terribili, l'unico armadio che c'è è completamente ammuffito una puzza incredibile, la stanza seminterrata è una cantina maleodorante, con un mobiletto deumidificatore (immagino) che fa un rumore terribile tutta la notte, in un angolo scope secchi come in un ripostiglio. Siamo stati due notti: la prima notte l'abbiamo passata in mezzo alla muffa e allo sporco, il giorno seguente dietro insistenti lamentele sono venuti a "sistemare" ma hanno tolto solo un po' di muffa con tanta candeggina da non poter più respirare! per il resto non è sistemabile: i mobili sono rotti, il mini frigo non fa freddo, mancano sedie per tutte le persone, le stoviglie sono scompagnate vecchie rotte, dentro ai cestini troverete tante cose rotte e nessun posto per appoggiare le vostre! sconsiglio vivamente... meglio l'ostello della gioventù!

Deludente

Non posso parlare ne bene e ne male dello staff in quanto a parte le direttive via chat del self check in e del check out non c'è stato un contatto in quanto tutto fai da te. L'igiene dell'appartamento lascia a desiderare dato che la camera matrimoniale faceva un forte odore di muffa e non aveva la TV motivo per cui abbiamo preferito usare il divano letto che comunque per quanto scomodo e anch' esso accomodato con un panno, non sembrava il massimo del pulito. La muffa è presente anche nel bagno che non solo è piccolo ma è sprovvisto sia di finestra che di ventola che di bidet; disordine in generale, pure un copriletto appallottolato a vista, il bollitore con uno strato di calcare e ancora dell'acqua residua che ci siamo permessi di togliere per fare un the, posate sporche, la ventola del phon con polvere e muffa annessa, e neanche una bottiglia di acqua. L'unica abat jour era rotta e a terra abbiamo trovato pezzi di doghe del divano e un residuo bellico di una mascherina chirurgica usata. Ci abbiamo dormito comunque con un po' di ansia ma necessità virtù. Questa nostra recensione non vuole essere una critica cattiva ma solo un consiglio per migliorare.
