Excellent apartment - very clean, modern and comfortable and in an amazing central location - seconds from everything. It fitted our family of 5 very comfortably. Ski bus stop is across the road, restaurants, shops, supermorzine and pleney lift are all in very close walking distance; with a pharmacy and supermarket just steps away. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need, including a smart TV where you can log in to Netflix and Prime Video, along with a very well equipped kitchen. There is a boot room downstairs exclusively for this apartment which was great - had washing machine & dryer, additional toilet and some sledges.

Could be noisy at night due to loud people shouting on the street after a night out! This apartment is in the eves of the building so headroom is limited in the bedroom and bathroom - could be problematic for anyone over about 6 foot tall!

The apartment is in an amazing location, right in the middle of Morzine, just 1 block back from the main road, on a quiet street. It has probably the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in an apartment. Every kitchen item you can imagine was provided, and the kitchen itself is really functional. It could easily sleep 4 adults and a similar number of kids, but only 2 adults would get a private room, every other bed is in a big common space. It is almost exactly in the middle of the Pleny and Super-Morzine cable cars, making it easy to pick and choose where you will ski each day, There is parking available under a car-port right next door. The office staff were friendly and efficient and the office is in the middle of town, about 3 blocks from the apartment.

The apartment has LOTS of low beams. If you are over 160cm, you have to constantly duck or smash your head. The ceiling in the bathroom is so low, I had to bend over to brush my hair or go to the toilet (I am 186cm, but it is low!). There is a ski/pole storage area, but no boot warmer/drier. You can only pick the keys up at the office from 5pm to 6pm! 1 hour! If that doesn't suit, they say they can arrange an alternative... not sure what that is.

Loved the apartment, which is well equipped, modern but cosy and comfortable. Lovely sitting area and the kitchen has all the cooking implements you might need, a large fridge freezer and coffee machine. Wonderful views from the apartment of the Pleny ski bubble lift. Great, central location by the town square but quiet at night. V close to Super Morzine bubble lift up to the Avoriaz side. Great ski/boot storage area downstairs where everything can be left safely and with a great laundry room with clean and modern washer and dryer.

Low roof in a couple of areas mean you need to watch your head - but didn’t detract from our enjoyment at all.
