Soggiorno piacevole per un gruppo di amici adulti.
Struttura molto pulita. Casa ben organizzata e curata. Spazi esterni curati e attrezzati anche per una grigliata. Posizione ottima per visitare città e borghi vicini.
Quinto bagno non presente all’interno della camera e senza lavabo.

Een halve villa ipv een hele villa (die we wel betaald hebben), zonder privacy en met weinig comfort
ze beviel ons niet
We hadden gans de villa gehuurd maar de eigenaars woonden ook in de villa en gebruikte de keuken die voor ons bestemd was (zie foto's) We hebben minder dan de helft gekregen dan waar we voor betaald hebben : - geen airco - geen living en dus bijgevolg ook geen slaapbank - 3 slaapkamers met badkamer en 1 zonder badkamer in plaats van de 5 slaapkamers met badkamer - geen privacy : de eigenaars woonde mee in de andere helft van de villa, we werden constant bekeken, gecontroleerd en aangesproken - de eigenaar een corpulente 70-er liep in zijn boxershort op 'ons' domein rond - verbouwingswerken in de villa tijdens ons verblijf, terwijl eigenlijk gans de villa van ons moest zijn en uiteraard omwille van deze verbouwingen veel geluidsoverlast - ons PRIVÉ zwembad werd om 20u afgesloten en mochten we niet meer gebruiken ???!!! - om van de slaapkamer naar de keuken te gaan moesten we langs buiten om ( en het heeft 2 dagen fel geregend - niet leuk dus) en dit omdat ze de doorgang afgesloten hadden omwille van verbouwingen

Maison très bien équipée et très propre. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue.
La maison est malheureusement proche de l’autoroute ce qui entraine quelques inconvénients sonores.

Le camere erano sprovviste di cestini. Il bagno comune non era provvisto di lavandino, perciò risultava scomodo.

Une belle maison Toscane avec un agréable extérieur.
L’autoroute très proche ! Il est impératif de laisser les fenêtres fermées la nuit ! En journée, pas de soucis.
