Attico in villa storica tra i colli e il centro, vicino ad Ospedale Rizzoli

Das Appartement liegt außerhalb vom Zentrum auf einer Anhöhe. Der Check in war unkompliziert. Wir bekamen den Code sobald wir das online Formular ausgefüllt hatten. Das Zimmer war groß. Das Bett gemütlich. Das Badezimmer in Ordnung. Der Plattenspieler war eine nette Abwechslung.

Der Eingangsbereich mit der Natursteintreppe ist teilweise kaputt sowie unbeleuchtet, was bei einem späteren Check-in, wenn es schon dunkel ist, sehr unbequem ist. Dann muss man in den 3. Stock auf einer sehr schmalen Treppe gehen, da ein Lift nicht vorhanden ist, was mit je einem Koffer die Situation nicht erleichtert.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with facilities like gas , washing machine . Property is clean. Stefano is prompt in responding to messages.

1. For those attending congress at Bologna Fiera district, its a daily 6-7 km walk one way (though google shows 4 km , i don’t know why!!!).Public transport is v irregular. Waiting for bus 29,33 can be very tedious plus you have to change buses 2. You have to hurl your luggage across 3 levels to reach The apartment. If you have large suitcases, then be prepared. There is no elevator. 3. Taxi service is very poor especially if you are not an Italian native. We couldn’t order taxi on bolt app. An italian couple was kind enough to order taxi for us 4.Its not a budget stay.

Very nice and clean flat in a perfect and calm location of Bologna, highly recommended.
