Molto pulito, pulitissimo. E lo staff e' stato gentilissimo per aiutarmi con tutte le mie richieste , come spostarmi nella regione. Davvero, sono molto grata. Avevo una stanza dell' attico, abbastanza spaziosa per una coppia o per una persona che viaggia da sola

Location
In terms of location, it is directly across from the park and very close to the train station. The park does not feel very safe; at night homeless people stay there until morning.
Overall, the room is below average. It is uncomfortable and furnished with low-quality items.
On the first night, the air conditioner did not work. We were cold all night in January and I got sick. The next day we asked them to change our room or fix the air conditioner. The host brought a technician and had it repaired. It should have been checked and fixed beforehand.
There was no place to hang the shower head in the bathroom, so you have to hold it by hand while showering. There was no shampoo in the bathroom—only a single tube of hand soap. There wasn’t even a place to put the shampoo I brought with me. The hot water runs out after one person takes a shower. It says to wait 15 minutes for the second person. A floor mat could be placed in the bathroom. The towel rack is far from the bathroom, so the floor gets very wet when you go to get a towel after showering.
The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. The duvets are not covered with sheets; I’m not sure if they are washed after every guest.
The sofa in the room is very dirty.
There are no bedside tables or night lamps on both sides of the bed—there is only one on one side.
We stayed for 4 nights and no cleaning was done at all.
The coffee machine and kettle are placed on top of the mini fridge, but there are no enough power outlets
