Nice Apartament with some notes related to the cleanliness.

Location of the Apartament is great; parking place as well but 50 from doors what is not a problem. It is a very quiet place with a nice view from balcony. Trash is in garage what is a very nice option - it is very clean and regulary cleanup.

Some things in Apartament were not good. There is not table, just a small bar-plat kitchen corner. If your childrens have to eat you have a problem because there is no any chairs and table, just 2x bar-chairs. There is no such information in Apartament description about it. The ventilation grilles are dirty and never cleaned. Likewise the air conditioning outlet grille. There is a thick layer of dust on the wardrobe in the bedroom, which indicates insufficient cleaning. The area under the bed in the bedroom is dirty and someone decided to put a container of dirty beach blankets under it. The lock on the front door is stuck and the door needs to be adjusted. A child of 12 years of age will not open the door for this reason. I would suggest that the owner look into a cleaning service that is not doing their job thoroughly. The TV in the bedroom is small, old and has old software and Netflix does not work on it because it is impossible to update it due to the old version of SmartTV. The price for cleaning does not correspond to the cleanliness. The vacuum cleaner you can use has a full dirty bag and no new bags to replace it. There is no salt shaker in the apartment, so don't forget to bring it from home. The refrigerator works perfectly, as does the dishwasher. It would be nice to have blankets that can be used on the balcony during cooler evenings.

Skvělá lokalita, krásný, nový komplex, obrovská terasa, krásný apartmán. 300 metrů od moře ní.

Nám to extra nevadilo,ale někomu by mohla vadit hlavní cesta s cyklostezkou do Kolobřehu pod balkónem.

Bardzo podobał nam się apartament. Na duży plus duży balkon. Cała okolica przepiękna. Blisko do morza. Na terenie obiektu żabka, w której można zakupić potrzebne rzeczy.

Nie podobała nam się rozkładana kanapa z materacem. Bardzo niewygodna. Spalimy już w różnych apartamentach i myślę, że bardziej się sprawdza zwykła rozkładana kanapa. Dodatkowa rzeczą ja można ulepszyć to skoro w apartamencie jest pralka można dołożyć do wyposażenia kapsulki do prania tak jak do zmywarki. Jako uwag do całego kompleksu proponuje zamontowania przy wejściu do plaży prysznica do opłukania stóp i nóg z piasku wówczas mniej "brudu" zanosi się do apartamentu. Fajnie byłoby gdyby na plaży były toalety dla gości. Ta w barze powodował ogromne kolejki i chaos. Utrudnia to pracę kelnera a także zmniejsza komfort gości spożywających posiłki... Po za tym pięknie 😊 pobyt udany.

Bardzo dobry pobyt ; wykorzystaliśmy bliskość plaży i atrakcyjne trasy rowerowe.

Byliśmy już drugi raz i obiekt ponownie zaspokoił nasze oczekiwania z małym wyjątkiem - brakowało mydła do rąk i małej deseczki do krojenia. Dziękujemy
