El apartamento está muy nuevo y bien equipado, tiene una cama en un segundo piso con techo muy bajo que puede no ser conveniente para personas mayores, pero sin problema para personas que pueden subir una escalera que está bastante empinada, nada malo ni peligroso.
Está a 3 minutos caminando de una estación de metro por lo cual puedes llegar a cualquier lugar rápido, tiene lavadora, calefacción, aire, está muy nuevo.
Tenía una duda acerca del impuesto turístico de la ciudad que le pregunte al host y me respondió demasiados días después, eso no me gustó ya que deberían responder las inquietudes que el huésped tenga con agilidad para conveniencia de las personas.
En la parte de afuera del edificio hay malos olores, no supe de dónde venían, pero en varios comentarios ya decía al respecto y es cierto.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das FZG konnten wir direkt im Hinterhof geparkt werden. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt war eine Metrostation von der aus man in 15 Minuten, ohne Umsteigen, am Mailänder Dom war.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief über WhatsApp und war unkompliziert. Das Haus (im Hinterhof) war äußerlich nicht besonders schön, jedoch das Apartment hielt was es versprach.
Einzig das Äußere des Hauses könnte man bemängeln. Uns hat es aber weniger gestört.
