Bel appartement, sans mauvaises surprises

This is a fantastic apartment: 1. If you want to watch your budget and not blow it all on eating out there is every kitchen utensil that you can think of that is provided. The owner Serge has thought of everything you could possibly need. There is a washing machine and drier wish soap powder provided. Handwash provided in the bathroom and kitchen. 2. The apartment was exceptionally clean. I am very fussy and will clean an apartment before I can relax if it does not feel clean. I did not have to do this here. 3. Fantastic balcony that spreads the length of the apartment which leads from the sitting room to the balcony and extends to the bedroom so you can leave the bedroom and sit out on the balcony. There are tables and chairs outside each area which means eight people can be seated on the balcony. A dining table in the sitting room for four. Lovely! 4. The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic. Around the corner at the end of the street is a large supermarket, there are restaurants and a wine bar. Within at least 3 minutes you can walk to the main beach where you can choose whether you are going to pay for a sun lounger (30 euros at Yolo or sit on the public beach for free). As you walk further down the promenade sun lounger hire becomes cheaper. We paid 30 euros each at a private beach club for the vibe because it had a lovely restaurant and great music. 5. The apartment is in the centre of Juan les Pins so within 5 minutes walk you have an array of restaurants, cafes to choose from and of course the beach. You can also access the hop on hop off bus in the centre - again which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. 5. The train station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and we visited Antibes - 4 mins on the train and Cannes - 9 mins on the train. Monaco on the train would take 55 mins. 6. This is good value for money - great Serge it is competitive so don't hike up the price!

1. We stayed for a week and the air-con only worked on the first day so for 6 days we had no air-con. This was from the 24th-31st May 2026 and the temperature was between 26-32 degrees so were were uncomfortably hot at night and hot when we came back into the apartment after spending the day out visiting different areas of the Cote D'Azur. This needs to be fixed so that guests are comfortable. 2.

Overall, a really good experience. The location is perfect. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach and about a 5-minute walk into the centre of all of the action. We were greeted by a lovely woman who showed us all of the facilities and what to do after checking out, and she was lovely. All of the communication pre-staying was amazing, and the host could not have been more attentive with our stay.

Everything was perfect apart from the bed being uncomfortable and the sofa being too hard to sit on, so we ended up using it as a sofa bed and sat on that instead.

La casa era dotata di ogni accessorio e confort. Ottima posizione, vicina a supermercati e ristoranti. Spiaggia libera a 5 minuti a piedi. Terrazzo molto spazioso.

Parcheggio privato un po’ stretto.

The apartment, as promised, was super complete. Every thing you needed was on hand. The location is excellent, so near the beach, so near the train station, groceries and and all convenience stores nearby.

I wasn't sure how to communicate with the host. I didn't realize that all messages were sent through booking.com even after arrival. There was a number listed in the kitchen but when I tried to message, I did not get a response. It makes you feel a little vulnerable, especially as it was my first time in Antibes and I dont speak French.
