- The fact that they called us about the coats we forgot at the hotel
- has nice view and good lighting for pictures
- looks like pictures
- beautiful setup
- sheets not changed
- dirty water
- not clean or not prepared for the next guest even when we came in later for checking time
We had to wait for the keys at reception coz our room wasn’t ready and the receptionist didn’t hv our keys it’s as if he wasn’t expecting us at all hence when we got to our room it wasn’t prepared at all
