Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Will try it next time.
There was a bit of a delay at the reception. Not entirely a hotel mistake, but it was because I found that while at the reception that I should have responded to a question on the App before coming to the hotel.

On checking in at about 3pm, I nearly got shocked when I found the room slightly open only to find out that the room was not ready. I had to wait for the cleaner to finish checking the room whilst I was there. She started taking photos inside the room and I guess that was supposed to be done before I arrived because it gave a message that maybe I was going to steal. Unfortunately, this was my very first experience, and I travel a lot.
