Breathtaking views, Friendly hosts, good facilities and value for money.

The location was stunning. Nestled a valley surrounded by mountains and farmland and grazing cows. The area was very quiet and very peaceful. The hosts were always reachable. They were extremely friendly and communication was excellent. The room was modern, very clean and the common areas were very well equipped. The stay included a free pass for the local area for the entire duration of the stay. This included discounted use of the toll gates in and out of the area while using the country roads (not the Autobahn) and also free travel to and from Innsbruck by the regional train.

The accommodation is very comfortable and modern. Also, it’s not far from the nearby larger villages (about a 10 min drive) and near Innsbrück.

Schmirn, a quiet stop in the middle of Austrian Alms. A very comfortable and quiet location to guarantee a comfortable night.

Nothing we complain about. Dinner is about 3 km. away but worth the effort in this beautiful scenery.

Ha rispettato pienamente le aspettative. Splendida sistemazione in location suggestiva. Camera e bagno molto grandi che garantiscono un grande comodità. Uso comune di una cucina cucina dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare comodamente.

Repetiría sin duda.

Fantástica experiencia. Es una casa compartida con habitaciones privadas con todo lo necesario y muy grandes. Las zonas comunes son de 10, cocina muy equipada, sauna… lo mejor sin duda el jardín y las vistas de la montaña, fue fantástico disfrutar de esa tranquilidad.

Casa con encanto alpino en el Tirol.

Muy atentos a nuestra llegada, nos informó claramente sobre que podíamos hacer en la casa, además de excursiones cercanas. Habitación amplia, baño nuevo. Alrededores preciosos, estuvimos paseando por el río todas las tardes.

Lo único que podría mejorar las almohadas no son de mis gusto, pero comprendo que para otra persona si estén estupendas. Volvería a alojarme sin problemas a pesar de este pequeño detalle.

Soggiorno tranquillissimo nel verde a un ottimo prezzo

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquillissima, poco fuori Schmirn. In paese c'è un supermercato e (nello stesso edificio) un bar. La cucina è in comune e noi non l'abbiamo usata, ma ci è sembrata ben equipaggiata. La nostra camera era molto ampia, così come il bagno, con ampi piani d'appoggio e grande doccia. Letto comodo, silenzio assoluto di notte (in realtà anche di giorno). In camera comodo divano, tavolo con sedie, zanzariere alle finestre, tende oscuranti, grande televisore e armadio. Il gestore ci ha mandato via e-mail il codice con cui potevamo accedere alla struttura e alla camera in autonomia. Parcheggio di fronte all'edificio

Metterei uno specchio a tutt'altezza in camera e gli asciugamani erano un po' rigidi, ma sono dettagli

Gite agréable dans un cadre de verdure.

Le cadre, chambre et salle de douche spacieuses, bien équipées. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, avec machine à café à disposition, lave-linge et sèche linge. Calme et jolie vue, place de parking.

Cuisine un peu juste aux heures de repas pour les 3 hébergements (10 personnes) et frigo un peu juste pour plusieurs jours.

Super netjes en onderhouden. Alles leek net nieuw en de keuken was zeer uitgerust, dus zelf koken was goed te doen.

Sehr gut zum Übernachten.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Katzen auf dem Hof waren sehr süß. Die Betten waren schön groß.

Kleiderhaken zum Aufhängen der Jacken wären noch zusätzlich sehr schön. Einen großen Mülleimer gab es nur in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Es war relativ warm zum Schlafen.
