About this apartment rental

Our house is located 2 km east of the center 'Matrei am Brenner' and offers with the nearby state road an optimal mix between rural tranquility right on the edge of the forest and the nearby village center.

An oasis of wellbeing has been created on 60 m² on the ground floor, where up to 5 people can leave everyday work behind.
After an exciting day for adults and children, you can relax in our large kitchen
Sofa, look forward to a game together. A wood stove gives the cozy ambience a special touch.
While someone is conjuring up breakfast, lunch or dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove and oven, toaster, coffee machine and refrigerator, other guests can watch an exciting film (satellite TV available) or on the Internet share their experiences with friends at home.

For your pleasant night's sleep there are 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, with a view of the surrounding world.

In the bathroom with plenty of shower and towels you can really relax with a shower and massage jets from the eventful day.

Your pet, which you can take with you on request, will also feel good in the garden.

Beautiful location, comfortable space, ideal for a sleepy week away. Stocked with snacks and drinks but either bring a car or bring groceries. The hill is a killer to walk up and down even though the grocery store is less than a mile away. No complaints!

Had a lovely relaxing time. Hiked up to 2600m starting from the front door! Bus access to the spot from Matrei is not frequent.

I chose this property because in the description there wasn’t an extra charge for our dogs. When we checked in the property manager wanted extra money for them! I had even sent a message to the property manager about the dogs before I booked the house. She didn’t tell us about the charge then either! I gave it two stars because the area was very nice. The beds in the apartment were very comfortable. The shower was big, but was installed in a way that all of the piping was exposed. The only heating in the apartment were some electric heaters that took a while to warm up the rooms, and the property manager thought it fitting not to turn on before we got there. Not a good experience!

The whole booking process was seamless. Margit was very responsive and gave detailed information. When we arrived we knew immediately that we had made the right booking for us. The amazing scenery all around the cottage was enhanced by the comfy cozy interior. We had a marvelous time here exploring the mountains and Innsbruck and we looked forward to the most comfortable sleep we have had for our vacation (we stayed in 2 other vacation rentals in the UK before coming here). If you want to be transported by the mesmerizing Tyrolean vistas, we highly recommend this apartment.

This downstairs apartment had a very pretty view. There is a kitchen which made it convenient for our family to have a breakfast or dinner. There is no soap, dish detergent, or paper towels so you will need to being your own. Margit was very nice and communication was good.

Easy to reach from the highway. If you want to visit Innsbruck, you can take the train - just 15 minutes walking to the railway station. The train ticket Matrei Innsbruck costs 5,4 € one way and it takes 17 minutes, quicker than driving. Large rooms, confortable beds. Excellent hot shower. Lovely scenary all around the house. Nothing to regret! We shall come back!

Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber. Alles ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren frisch gewaschen. Liegt zwar etwas abgelegen aber mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Aussicht dort. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung hatte alles was man im Alltag benötigt. Einige Gebrauchsgegenstände sind allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bedürften einer Erneuerung. Für den Preis war es defintiv okay, doch eine vernünftig schließende Duschkabine wäre zum Beispiel wünschenswert gewesen.

Die Aussicht auf Berge und Wiesen ist ausgezeichnet, der Lärm von der Brennerautobahn ist in den Räumen nicht zu hören. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Ortes, dadurch gibt es fast keinen Autoverkehr auf der schmalen Strasse vorm Haus. Die FeWo in der unteren Etage ist geräumig. Es ist sehr viel an Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe/Pfannen vorhanden, diese Dinge waren neuwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir wurden gut betreut.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im schönen Navis in Frau Gassners Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Vorallem der Alte holzofen in der Küche hat für eine angenehme und wohlige Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die Skigebiete sind sehr Schnell zu erreichen und die Umgebung um die Hütte ist sehr schön! Frau Gassner ist sehr freundlich, warmherzig und aufgeschlossen, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine erholsame , gemütliche Zeit im Ferienhaus Gassner. Die Lage ist optimal , mitten im Herz der Alpen, umgeben von einer paradiesischen Landschaft aber gleichzeitig unweit der Zivilisation, 4 km bis zur Brennerautobahn, ca. 20 km bis Innsbruck. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und ausgestattet mit allem was man in einem Haushalt braucht , auch WLAN und sat tv sind vorhanden.Von der Kontaktpetson wird man freundlich empfangen, Frau Gassner ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Das Objekt liegt hoch oben über dem Brenner. Mit dem Auto ist das Haus gut zu erreichen das Fahrzeug trotz der schmalen Straßen vor Ort gut zu parken. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, die Räume sauber. Wir können die Ferienwohnung für einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen. Allein schon wegen des beeindruckenden Blicks auf die Berge und die unten im Tal verlaufende Brennerautobahn, von der man aber oben kaum etwas mitbekommt.

Wir fühlten uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl. Die Formalien waren schnell erledigt und die Unterkunft bot alles, was wir im Apartment erhofften. Der Weg nach Innsbruck und nach Italien ist recht kurz. Die Strecke ohne Mautpflicht war sehr schön und mal eine neue Erfahrung. In der Nähe sind schöne Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele.
