Location - near Westonbirt Arboretum and with a good shopping centre just across the road.
Not keen on access using a door code. It’s a bit impersonal.

We stayed one night in room six on the first floor of this property. On arrival, the room was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. I did find the bed mattress quite firm, which I like, but others might not.
Access to the property is via codes for the front door and the property door, which were provided promptly and worked without any issue.
Prior to arrival, I had requested a low floor, as my partner has some mobility issues. I also requested a late checkout, both were responded to promptly and efficiently and granted.
Other than the firm mattress, there were no issues.

Clean and tidy
We were in the very attic, it was single beds which we were not expecting. The shower was very small.
To be totally honest they should have a notice at the bottom of the second flight of stairs going up to the rooms 1 and 2. As you open the door to come out you think you are on the landing but actually there is another step. A notice on the door would have been helpful.
The communication was very good and very polite which was nice.
