Memorable and definitely to be repeated

It was excellent in every way. The greeting from the owner was warm, friendly and informative. The property was beautiful as was the surrounding garden area. It was immaculate and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great host, luxurious clean villa, magical outdoor space

The most amazing villa! Everything we could possibly need for a 4 night stay in Lapland. Huge open plan family space, spotlessly clean, large garden and private grounds with jacuzzi. Great host, even helped us park the car when we took a wrong turn in the snow! 15 minute drive to Santa village, husky park and Rovaniemi attractions (very easy route)

Wonderful and magical place to stay in Lapland

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The host Risto is an amazing person and he was always so helpful. It is really wonderful place to stay and we are pretty sure we will be back. Location is beautiful, in the forest and by the frozen lake where you can jump after sauna. Risto also prepared 5 holes in the ice for ice-fishing. Property is in a very close distance to the city of Rovaniemi and also all the activities we had were always within 15-20 minutes by car.

Perfect winter getaway Villa

Gorgeous villa, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Electric sauna, fireplace, hot tub and commercial dryer were standouts for us. Host was a lovely gentlemen who showed us through and was very helpful. He even left us a welcoming fruit bowl and Finnish candies which was a lovely touch.

Very new and modern, with well planned and maintained facilities, there were more than what was needed.

Location is amazing 15 min away from Santa village Hot jacuzzi outside with sauna is amazing addition to tge stunning nature and yard it has Inside the house super comfortable starting from heating floor and tea:coffee/sweets, leisure items inside and outside, you feel better than at home cuz every single thing is thought and provided beforehand Super super helpful and caring host

Great property and friendly host! 10/10!

The property looks as pristine as the listing photos, very lovely and well equipped. The host Mr. Risto was kind and friendly. He waited patiently for our arrival and guided us through his house so we knew how to best enjoy it. The property has a good layout and every detail seems thoughtfully planned. It is beautifully surrounded by trees and a frozen lake. On a clear night, we melted away in a heated jacuzzi while gazing at the countless stars in the sky. We also tried the Finnish experience (dip in icy lake + sauna) and had so much fun laughing amongst ourselves. It was an amazing experience we would have missed had we not have the opportunity to do it at Villa Pöylikki in privacy. We were very pleased with our stay and all of us agreed that this place has outdone all of the other accommodations we have stayed in during our entire 2.5 week trip.

It is a wonderful property on the lake, amazing views and very good facilities. The owners really thought of everything! We could have a dip in the frozen lake, sauna, jacuzzi and enjoyed a very warm and cozy evening in front of the fireplace. The property was very clean, beds very good quality. Beautiful location also.
