Awesome location, quite, close to the main road and beach

Awesome location (in a quiet area but still so close to the “center” and the beach)! Very clean – daily cleaning, and the apartments and balcony are spacious. If we come to Puerto again, we will definitely stay here.

Great Experience - highly recommended

The apartments have a great location - super close to the main streets, restaurants, stores, etc - but far enough to be super quiet. The room has a lot of space (including storage), big bed, and is very clean. The pool is a great place to relax, especially in the afternoon. The hostess is very kind and super responsive.

It was a vry very nice stay.

i loved that the property is brand new and it sparkles . The bed was very comfortable and they have hot water. The cleaning lady was very sweet and efficient. I sat on the balcony most days and worked from my laptop . Thank you for providing an out door table and chairs.

i didnt like out neighbors being so loud but that is not the properties fault. I did not like having to slam the door to get it to lock. I woud prefer AC . I don't think I would stay here in heat of the summer. However for March/Apri the fan was plenty. also I would prefer a light blanket to cover with to go with the sheet.

Clean, spacious small scale set up with pool. Quiet but close to beach and restaurants

An A/C would be a big improvement as would be some decorations and a relaxing couch.

The location was very convenient for us. Room was very spacious. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a coffee maker and 1 was there the next morning! Very appreciated. Cleanliness was great thru out common area and our unit.

No air-conditioning, only fans. Could have more furnishing (proper sofa) in the suite and a TV for long term stays. Lounge chairs around the pool would have been nice.

Location is perfect, the hostes was very fiendly and available all the time. The apartment was very confort and cleaned, I will stay again and recommen it.

Lu ist eine wunderbare herzliche Gastgeberin, sehr sympathisch. Hervorheben möchte ich auch Maura, die mir die Schlüssel übergeben hat und die Anlage sauber und ordentlich gehalten hat. Ich liebe die minimalistische Einrichtung des Apartements. Trotzdem alles vorhanden. Sauberkeit makellos. Pool schattig, sehr gut bei den Wetterbedingungen. Perfekte Lage. Absolute Empfehlung!

Una maravilla! Lu, Maura, el depa todo es excelente! Súper amables, el depa muy bien equipado: todo nuevo y muy funcional,la ubicación excelente a unas cuadras de la playa y tienes todo a la mano, a la vez, la calle es muy tranquila y segura. El depa es tranquilo, super buen espacio. Está genial, quédense aquí. 1000% recomendable!

Une semaine de détente à La Punta

Très bon emplacement dans le quartier de La Punta, on peut se déplacer à pieds pour aller à la plage et dans les restaurants. Excellent contact avec Lu qui était toujours disponible sur WhatsApp. Et le service de ménage au top !

Le fait qu’il y’ait deux ventilateurs à la place de la climatisation. Lu nous a proposé de changer de chambre pour avoir l’air conditionné moyennant un supplément.

המיקום מעולה, לו המארחת מדהימה והכי זמינה בעולם, יש מנקה שנמצאת לאורך כל היום ותמיד רוצה לעזור ולנקות במידת הצורך. באמת צוות מדהים עם לב פתוח, נהננו מכל רגע

הזרם במקלחת מאוד חלש ולוקח הרבה זמן למים החמים להגיע בנוסף הדירה מאוד לא מאובזרת, אין איפה לתלות את המגבות, אין שידות ליד המיטה, אין שולחן אוכל.. זה יכל לשדרג את השהות מאוד אבל בכל זאת ממליצה בחום!

לו ומנאורה מארחות נהדרות, לו דואגת לכל מה שצריך והכי זמינה בעולם. המיקום של הדירה מעולה, היא מרווחת ממש ובמטבח יש מה שצריך והמתחם עם הבריכה והמקלחת חוץ פשוט מהמם!

האינטרנט האלחוטי לא עובד הרבה פעמים והזרם מים במקלחת מאוד חלש, לוקח הרבה זמן עד שיש מים חמים. הדירה עצמה עצומה אבל בכלל לא מנוצלת ולא מרוהטת- אין שידות ליד המיטה, אין מתלים למגבות במקלחת, יש מרחב ענק וריק באמצע הדירה שצריך לשים שם שולחן אוכל/ספה שיהיה יותר כיף לשהות בדירה עצמה

Ruhige Unterkunft mit schönem Pool

- ruhige Lage - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - wir wollten nur ein paar Tage bleiben, haben aber immer wieder verlängert und waren im Endeffekt fast 14 Tage da - großes Zimmer - freundliche Reinigungskraft, die regelmäßig super putzt - nette Besitzerin, die per WhatsApp gut zu erreichen ist

- am Pool haben Liegen oder Ähnliches gefehlt - der Pool könnte öfter gereinigt werden - das Zimmer war zwar groß, aber mit wenig Möbeln und etwas karg (keine Deko) - wir hatten zu zweit nur einen Schlüssel, die Eingangstür muss beim Verlassen/Ankommen immer auf/abgeschlossen werden, das war zu zweit etwas nervig (wir haben es allerdings versäumt nach einem Zweitschlüssel zu fragen)

Excelente apartamento en Punta Zicatela

Ubicación: en punta zicatela pero en una calle poco ruidosa por la noche, podías ir andando a la calle principal en 5 minutos. Lu la amfitriona muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar, comunicación muy fácil con ella. Había piscinita y zona para sentarse en la entrada para los huéspedes.

No había cortina en el cuarto y por la mañana entraba la luz. La calle por la noche estaba un poco oscura.
