Perfect choice in Immenstadt

Opposite to a super market and the hospital, adjacent to a gas station and within walking distance to the small town centre, it makes it a perfect choice if you decide to stay in Immenstadt. The size of the apartment is sufficient to host 5 persons, preferably a family (since there is just one bedroom). The large living room is connected to a small terrace with a mountain view, which is very nice. The kitchen is fully equipped (even with a dishwasher) and the overall assessment is that the owner has provided everything to the guests to prepare their food. A separate bathroom to the toilet adds more flexibility. Efficient WiFi connection. We loved the decoration and especially the mural in the bedroom! Overall, this is a highlight recommended apartment at a very reasonable price.

Just for improvement: add an armchair in the living room.

Geräumige und sehr gepflegte Wohnung

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist vermutlich vor kurzem renoviert worden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein Bäcker/ Supermarkt ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Zum Alpsee kommt man bei gemütlichem Fahrtempo mit Kindern per Fahrrad in 10 Minuten, zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 45 Minuten. Der Innenstadtbereich ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

- Starke morgendliche Baugeräusche - Nicht genug Bettwäsche – trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde auf den Keller verwiesen, in dem nur Bettlaken vorhanden waren - Kein Mülleimer im Bad - Montageteile auf der Waschmaschine - Falsche Kaffeekapseln, nicht nutzbar - 100€ Rückerstattung mündlich zugesagt, dann in eine Gutschrift verwandelt

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Es war sauber und das nötigste war da. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man ein Blick auf die Berge.

Im Bad und Gäste WC gibt es kaum bis gar keine Stauraummöglichkeiten bzw Ablagefläche. Für 1-2 Leute vllt noch ausreichend, aber für mehr Leute einfach zu wenig.

Ok, aber wir würden es nicht mehr buchen.

Lage und Ausstattung sind gut. Die Betten sind bequem.

Wir hatten bei Ankunft spätabends sehr viel Ungeziefer in der Wohnung, insbesondere an den Zimmerdecken. Mit dem vorhandenen Staubsauger mussten wir dann erstmal alle Zimmer absaugen. Immer wenn wir die Fenster offen hatten, wiederholte sich dieses Problem. Die Wohnung war auch insgesamt nicht so sauber geputzt, zB die Sockelleisten waren staubig. Am Abreisetag hatten wir plötzlich zwei Handwerker auf dem Balkon stehen, die dort mit einer Leiter hinaufgeklettert waren, um Reparaturarbeiten vorzunehmen.
