Nice guest house :)

It was nicely decorated, very clean and very good equipped. The view is really nice and the area is calm. the owner was very thoughtful and made sure the check in is as smooth as possible :)

It would be good to put curtains in front of all windows, as the other houses are really close, especially in the bedroom. Furthermore the sink in the bathroom is more likely the size for a guest toilet - hand washing is fine but there is no space to put your toiletries or just to wash your face.

Ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet mit schönem Blick auf den Ortsberg. Großer, geschützter Balkon. Freundlicher Vermieter. Außerdem hundefreundlich, ideal für Reisende mit Hund.

Vermieter wohnt weit entfernt. Wohnung teils unpraktisch geschnitten und nicht sauber: Essensreste im Ofen, Fett und Schimmel in der Schrägesse, lauter Kühlschrank, fehlende Küchenutensilien. Möbel wackelig, Tisch instabil und gefährlich. Heizung laut, vermutlich falsche Einstellung. SPA-Bereich muffig, dunkel und unbeheizt – kein Wohlfühlambiente.

Enttäuschend und "schnell, schnell" zum Geld verdienen zusammengebastelt...

Gute und vollständige Ausstattung.

Teilweise noch übelriechende Baustelle (zweites Bad) und daher auch immer wieder Fliegen im Wohnbereich. Schimmelspuren im Wohnraum und Dusche. Schlüssel bei Ankunft nicht wie vereinbart im Schlüsseltresor. Warmwasser in Bad & Dusche nur lauwarm und dies auch erst nach ca. fünf Minuten. SPA-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, da dieser die Anmutung einer Höhle hatte.

Die Lage war gut !! Ausstattung modern im ländlichen Raum !! Sehr geräumig !! Sehr nette Gastronomie in der Umgebung !! Viele Alpen gut von dort zu erreichen !!

Sehr spartanischer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war sauber, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Das dritte Bett im Wohnzimmer hatte nur einen dünnen Vorhang zur Verdunkelung an einem Fenster, die anderen beiden Fenster hatten noch nicht mal einen Vorhang geschweige denn eine Jalousie. Im Schlafzimmer war auch nur ein dünner Vorhang zur Verdunkelung vorhanden. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Stimmen im Treppenhaus und Türen dringen sehr laut und ungedämmt in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten, teilrenovierten Haus. Preis-Leistung überteuert.

Hätte besser sein können.

Es wäre eine schöne Wohnung gewesen.

Leider jedoch gab es einen Wasserschaden im Bad und im Spa Bereich und wir wurden nicht darüber informiert. Auf Kontak hin was der Eigentümer sehr unfreundlich und unkooperartiv. Wir haben dann Kontakt über Booking.com aufnehmen müssen. Die konnten uns dann mit dem Eigentümer darauf einigen das wir kostenlos Stonieren können.

Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt aber es gibt Ausbaubedarf.

Der Gastgeber war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn es Probleme oder Fragen gab wurde uns immer umgehend Geholfen. Die Lage ist toll, man kann direkt von der Unterkunft aus wandern und ist auch mit sem Auto schnell bei verschiedensten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Uns fehlten in der Ferienwohnung diverse Sachen. Wir fanden keinen Wäscheständer für unsere Saunahandtücher. Auch die Küche beinhaltet nur das aller nötigste. Im Bad gibt es keine Ablageflächen und nur ein winziges Waschbecken. Leider gab es Probleme die Sauna zu nutzen. Die Sauna war aus, es gab Probleme soe zum Laufen zu bringen und letztendlich ging das alles von unserer Saunazeit ab. Es war im Spa Bereich sehr kalt. Auch der Getränkespender funktionierte nicht. Es war einfach nichts vorbereitet. Sehr Schade, vor allem wenn mit Spa Bereich geworben wird.

Schöne Ferienwohnung - mit Verbesserungmöglichkeiten

-modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung -freundlicher Vermieter, sowie Hausmeister -sehr sauber -Netflix verfügbar -großer Balkon -schöne Aussicht

-in der gesamten Ferienwohnung fehlten Jalousien und Plicess (neugierige Blicke von Nachbarn) -das Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht richtig abdunkeln (bei einer Außentemperatur von nicht ganz 20C heizte sich das Zimmer auf bis zu 25C auf -Staubsauger, Ersatzhandtücher und weitere Spültücher, sowie Ersatztrockentücher fehlten

Schöne Appartments, würde wieder kommen.

Wir hatten zwei Appartments. Das Dachgeschoss Appartment war sehr schön und ausreichend groß für 5 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß genug und bieten auch genug Platz für einen längeren Aufenthalt. In der Küche hat man alles, um auch Kleinigkeiten zu kochen etc. Man ist in 10 min. aus dem Dorf direkt im Wald und der Natur unterwegs. Genauso schnell ist man auch direkt beim Einkaufen. Lage ist soweit ruhig. Badezimmer ist schön und hell. Alles war sehr sauber!

Es gibt Parkplätze aber je nach Belegung der Wohnung gestaltet sich das parken teilweise etwas schwierig. Gibt keine richtigen Rollläden um die Zimmer abzudunkeln.
