This was one of the best places I've stayed in while travelling. The host did notify us ahead of time that we were being upgraded to a new and better unit, so I'm not sure if this review would fully apply, but the property we did stay in had everything you could possibly need - kitchen facilities, bathrooms with heated flooring, a GREAT couch in the living room, garage, and a pretty convenient location (~10 minutes from town centre).
The paintings were a bit creepy (and potentially AI generated) but we took them down and faced them to the wall while we were there.

Great location, central. Easy walk to Riverside Market and other restaurants/cafes. Fresh Choice and a dairy within walking distance. Car parking right outside. Massive screen TV for rugby game viewing! Comfortable beds with electric blankets. Everything we needed!!
An extra towel each would have been nice.

Proximity to cbd and stadium. . Walked to dinner.
There was a game on and roads to property had been closed by check in. It took 30 minutes to work our way around to get in. Front security light streams through window of front bedroom at night.

Nice showers, was great having two bathrooms and 3 toilets
Cleaning left a bit to be desired, carpets and couch need a serious clean. Keypad wouldn’t work so we couldn’t get in. Had to contact owner and use the key for our stay in the end. Some milk in fridge would have been nice. Neighbours on the second night were very loud, arguing outside in the middle of the night
