Spacious lounge and bedrooms and very warm, almost got too hot in the bed because the sheets were so effective! Light filled and lounge is north facing

There was a charge of $20 per hour extra to check in early
It would have been good to have some milk in the fridge when we arrived

Location good. Very good facilities and very clean.
Sofa bed could not be slept on and needed to be replaced as it had major damage. Two dining chairs needed to be repaired.

It was clean and well maintained.
Close to town.
No air conditioning in the bedrooms.
On Saturday night it was very noisy due to proximity to a very busy road and rear car park including a liquor store.
We were unable to sit outside due to long grass in the yard.
