Excelente todo.Mucha calidad, muy pero muy limpio e instalaciones muy nuevas , reformado , vistas preciosas al puerto, paseo marítimo y playa. Urbanización con parking privado, automatizado.Aire acondicionado ,también ventiladores.Cerca de playa a 1 -2 minutos andando , restaurantes. Zona muy tranquila y de calidad. Con el propietario trato excelente y muy cercano . Muy contentos con todo. Merece mucho la pena todo.

La ubicación y el apartamento en sí
- La puerta del baño no cerraba. Se quedaba abierta un dedo al estar abombado el marco por la parte de abajo. - La puerta del garage funcionaba bastante mal. De hecho la mitad de las veces no se podía abrir con el mando. Hay una forma de abrirla manualmente, de la que no nos informó nadie (Solo una vecina que nos vio parados en la puerta por casi 20 minutos) - La falta de información: Cuando cogimos las llaves solo ponía el portal, pero es un edificio de varias plantas y no teníamos ni idea de cuál era nuestro apartamento (al parecer la persona de la inmobiliaria tampoco lo sabía). Hubiera estado bien que nos informaran también de lo de la puerta del baño y del garaje. - Precio alto para tantos fallos
