The location is just superb, close to lots of great amenities
The lock box directions need to be reviewed. I kept trying to open the wrong lockbox because the directions said there was a black button to press. There is on the defunct lockbox but the actual correct one has no black buttons

Location was outstanding! Close to everything in South Bank

Excellent location right in the heart of of South Bank. It’s two minute walk to the river and Streets Beach. The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable for our family of five.
Being on level 2 and close to the intersection, it could be fairly noisy at times from vehicles and the pedestrian crosswalk buzzer.

It had a balcony
Very noisy location hardly got any sleep. Very dark. A little tacky with all the dusty fake plants supermarket shampoo. Handful of favourites chocolates and cheap Sauvignon Blanc which we left. The light at front was broken so difficult to see when trying to get in to apartment.The lock needs work. The spare blanket was dirty and the apartment itself could use a deep clean. Certainly nothing luxe about it. Saving grace the balcony but you had to raise your voice to be heard over traffic.
