Bright Large Window Room Private External Bathroom

The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around Hanoi.

The bathroom being in a separate room was inconvenient, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the cleanliness could be improved.

The location is good and the facility is a bit more simple that in the pictures but clean and confortable. Hoy water works perfect and air conditioning also.

We would prefer to have a key of the bathroom since it was separate from the room

What I liked about the property was its location. It was quiet, safe, and near shops.

The bathroom started to have a strong and unpleasant smell at night which made it uncomfortable for us.

The location is very strategic close to street foods and busy main touristy street, so good for touristy stuff, exploring the city on foot, early in the Saturday/Sunday morning so many street food sellers just outside the property

The place could have been tidier. There were quite a few random items placed around, which made the ground floor/common areas feel a bit like old dark storage space. There is a piano downstairs, and another guest (possibly with children) played it annoyingly loud early in the morning, around 7 a.m., until about 9 a.m., so I decided to go out because it was very noisy. The common areas could also be brighter, especially downstairs and along the stairs. It would help if the lights were working properly. The water pressure in the toilet was very weak, and the water heater didn’t really work. The toilet and trash bins could be checked and cleaned more regularly. The trash bin was very full, and no one came to check it, even though it was mentioned that the toilet would be checked every two days.
